These terms
These terms apply to cleaning services provided by Fresh Finish Carpet Care. By booking work with us you agree to them. If anything is unclear, please ask before booking.
Quotes and pricing
Prices depend on the size, condition and type of item being cleaned. Contact us for a personalised quote. Quotes are based on the information you give us. If the work on site differs significantly from what was described, we will discuss any change in price with you before continuing.
Bookings and cancellations
Appointments are arranged by agreement. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking so the slot can be offered to someone else.
Access and preparation
- Please make sure we can access the property at the agreed time.
- Where possible, clear small items, breakables and floor clutter from the rooms.
- Access to water and electricity is needed for most cleaning work.
Results and limitations
Carpets, rugs and fabrics vary in fibre, age and condition, and results vary accordingly. Stains are assessed individually and we cannot guarantee that every stain will be removed. Pre-existing wear, dye damage, bleaching, shading and fading cannot be reversed by cleaning. We will always tell you what we think is realistic before we begin.
Drying times
Cleaned carpets and upholstery need time to dry. Drying times depend on the item, the room and ventilation. Please take care when walking on damp carpet, particularly on stairs.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We do not take payments through this website.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
